Project Management 2-Hour Class

NICET’s Fire Alarm Level III and IV exams contain project management questions. While most test takers are familiar with project management concepts from their work experience, they are not prepared for the “textbook” project management questions in the NICET exam.

NTC’s project management training covers project management concepts that apply to the NICET exam. The training will cover bidding, contract, jobsite requirements, scheduling, and finance from the “textbook” perspective.
