During this time of the pandemic, they are sometimes short staffed and cannot pick packages up or get packages out in the expedited time frame. As a result, Next Day Air packages may actually arrive in 2 days, and 2nd day air shipments may arrive in 3 days. UPS does not offer refunds in these circumstances.
