National Training Center is the most recognized name in training for the fire protection and low voltage industry. NTC develops and conducts training for NICET Certification, Continuing Education and career development.

1. Where’s My Stuff?

We ship via UPS or FedEx within 48 hours of receiving an order.   Transit time varies depending upon where you are located.  It can take up to 8 working days to get to the East Coast.

You receive an email from UPS or FedEx with your tracking information when your order ships.   Please make sure emails from UPS.com or FedEx.com go to your inbox.

2. What Books Do I Need For The NICET Fire Alarm Exam?

NICET has instituted very specific requirements for what reference books are allowed into the Fire Alarm exams.  NICET recommends the following books:

3. I Registered For A Live Class. What Do I Do Next?

Please see the Confirmation Letter attached to the order confirmation email for class specific information including location, hours, and books (what we recommend you bring to the class, and what we will supply).

Our live classes start at 8AM local time, with a 1 hour break for lunch at 12 noon.

4. I Registered For A Webinar Class. What Do I Do Next?

Please see the Confirmation Letter attached to the Order Confirmation email you received from us.

The confirmation letter has instructions for accessing the webinar, including a webinar ID for registering on GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting.

5. How Do I Access Training Department?

Your login and password for the NTC website are also your login and password for Training Department.  Please remember that both are cAsE sEnSiTiVe!

6. I Purchased The NICET DIY Package. How Do I Login To My Online Training?

Your Training Department login will be sent within one business day of your purchase.
